Shipping Policy – AlekBan™
On-demand production
Every item is made to order. Production begins once your payment is confirmed and typically takes 3 to 7 business days (not including shipping). During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday or Christmas), production times may be longer.
Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery time (EDT) = production (3–7 business days) + shipping.
Standard shipping usually takes 5–20 business days depending on the destination and carrier route. Some regions may receive orders sooner if fulfilled from a nearby facility.
Fulfillment centers & routing
We work with multiple manufacturing and logistics partners (e.g., EU: Spain and Latvia, among others). Orders are automatically routed to the most efficient facility based on your address, stock availability, and capacity.
Tracking
In most cases, a tracking number is provided once the order ships. You’ll receive it by email.
Please note: tracking links may take up to 24 hours to display updates after the carrier’s first scan. Some destinations or economy services may offer partial or no tracking.
Multi-item orders
Depending on the products, your order may arrive in separate packages with different tracking codes (e.g., if combining categories such as apparel and accessories).
Address changes
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. We can update it only while the order is still in production. Once marked as “Shipped,” the address cannot be changed.
Customs, duties & taxes
For orders outside the EU (or regions with special tax regimes), your package may be subject to customs fees, duties, or local taxes payable by the recipient upon delivery. These charges and timelines are beyond our control.
Delivered but not received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please check with neighbors, building staff, or wait 24–48 hours. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number and tracking details.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window + 7 days, or arrives damaged/defective, contact us with clear photos and your order number. Claims for lost-in-transit packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for us to process a replacement or reshipment.
Shipping restrictions
We do not ship to countries or regions under sanctions or with restricted logistics. If your address is affected, we will notify you and issue a refund.
