This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction through the Services, or when you contact us by any other means. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy governs with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy.

Personal information we collect or process

“Personal information” means data that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you or another person. It does not include anonymized or de-identified data. Depending on how you interact with the Services, where you live, and applicable law, we may collect/process the following categories (including inferences):

  • Contact details: name, address, billing/shipping address, email, phone number.
  • Financial information: payment card details, payment method, transaction details, payment confirmations, other payment data.
  • Account information: username, password, security questions, preferences.
  • Transaction information: items viewed, added to cart, wish-listed, purchased, returned, exchanged or cancelled, and your order history.
  • Communications: information you share when contacting customer support.
  • Device information: device, browser, network info, IP address, unique identifiers.
  • Usage information: how and when you browse or interact with the Services.

Sources of personal information

  • Directly from you: when you create an account, use the Services, or contact us.
  • Automatically: via cookies and similar technologies when you visit/use the Services.
  • Service providers: when they enable functionality or process data on our behalf.
  • Partners/third parties.

How we use personal information

Depending on your interactions and the Services you use, we may process your data to:

  • Provide, personalize, and improve the Services: fulfill contracts and orders, process payments, manage shipments/returns, send account/order notices, remember preferences, enable reviews, and tailor your experience.
  • Marketing and advertising: send promotional emails/SMS/postal mail and display online ads (including based on your activity on our site).
  • Security and fraud prevention: authenticate accounts; detect, investigate, and act on fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activity; protect public and service security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • Communications: provide support and respond to requests.
  • Legal reasons: comply with law or legal process; respond to lawful requests; enforce our terms and policies; manage disputes.

How we disclose personal information

We may disclose personal information to third parties for legitimate purposes consistent with this Policy, including:

  • Shopify and other service providers (IT, payments, analytics, customer support, cloud storage, order and shipping management).
  • Business/marketing partners to deliver marketing and personalized advertising. Our partners will use your data according to their privacy notices. Where available, you may opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral/personalized advertising (see “Your rights and choices”).
  • With your direction or consent, e.g., to ship to a third party or via social/login integrations.
  • Affiliates/within our group.
  • Business transactions and legal compliance: mergers, insolvency, lawful requests (subpoenas, warrants), enforcing terms, protecting rights and safety.

Relationship with Shopify and Printful

The Services are hosted on Shopify, which collects and processes personal information related to your access and use of the Services to provide and improve them. To deliver advanced features, Shopify may rely on data from your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify’s platform. In those cases, Shopify acts as an independent controller for such processing.

We also share limited data with Printful solely to manufacture and fulfill your orders.

For details on Shopify’s processing and how to exercise your rights with Shopify, see: https://privacy.shopify.com/en. You can manage Shopify privacy requests via its Privacy Portal.

Third-party websites and links

The Services may include links to third-party sites or platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy/security practices or content. Information you share in public or semi-public areas (including third-party social platforms) may be visible to others.

Children’s data

The Services are not intended for minors, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable age of majority. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us to request deletion. To our knowledge, we do not “sell” or “share” (as defined by applicable laws) personal information of individuals under 16.

Security and retention

No security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee “absolute security.” Do not use insecure channels to send sensitive information. We retain personal information only as long as necessary to maintain your account, provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights (subject to limits/exceptions in law):

  • Access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Deletion of personal information.
  • Correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Data portability in certain circumstances.
  • Opt-out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising where applicable. If you visit our site with the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal enabled, we will treat that as an opt-out for that browser/device (and, if we can associate it with a Shopify account, for that account as well). Learn more: https://globalprivacycontrol.org/.
  • Marketing preferences: you can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time via the link in our messages (we may still send non-marketing messages about your orders or account).

If you are in the UK or EEA, you may also have the rights to object/restrict processing and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (without affecting prior lawful processing).

You can exercise rights where provided in the Services or by contacting us (see “Contact”). We may need to verify your identity and may accept requests from authorized agents where permitted by law.

Complaints

If you have concerns about our handling of personal information, contact us first. Depending on your location, you may have the right to appeal our decision or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (EEA list available online).

International transfers

We may transfer, store, and process personal information outside your country. Where we transfer data from the EEA/UK, we use recognized safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer mechanisms, unless the destination has an adequacy decision.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated Policy with the new “Last updated” date and provide any required notices.
