Return & Refund Policy – AlekBan™
Issues (damage, defects, misprint, or order not delivered)
If your order arrived damaged, has a manufacturing defect or misprint, or never arrived, email admin [at] alekban.com with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos (full product, close-up of the issue, and packaging).
Timeframe: within 20 days of delivery, or 20 days from the estimated delivery date if lost in transit.
Once the claim is approved, we’ll send instructions, a return label, and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
Return address
Do not send returns to our registered office. After approval, we’ll provide the correct fulfillment center address. Any package sent elsewhere may be refused or returned to sender.
Change of mind or size exchanges
All products are made to order for each purchase. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size/color or change of mind. If you need a different size or color, you can place a new order once your request (if any) is resolved. Please check the size guide on each product page.
EU right of withdrawal
EU distance-selling rules include a 14-day withdrawal period. This does not apply to goods made to order or clearly personalized. Our products are printed on demand with specific designs and fall under this exception. This does not limit your statutory rights regarding lack of conformity.
Damaged items or issues
If we confirm a defect/damage or print error, we will offer a replacement or refund. For issues attributable to production or logistics, we cover associated costs.
Returned-to-sender / wrong address / unclaimed
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal, we can reship it once the address is updated and reshipping fees are paid.
Limitations
Gift cards are non-returnable. Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty. Note that minor variations in color/placement can occur due to the on-demand manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll notify you. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional days to post the credit.
